Summer Gymnastics ages 4-6

Join our fun local summer camp to learn new tricks, stay strong, and have a great time.  4 total classes 1x per week.  Tuesdays for the month of July each week with have a different themes and props for increased creativity and interaction.  Use our mats, beams, barres, ropes course and more in professional home studio.

This tumbling class includes center mat, low balance beam and low bar exercises.  Some of the skills taught will include but are not limited to: Floor: Head and hand stands, front and back rolls, stretches, cart wheel, round off, back walk over and front limber. (Back handspring, front handspring, back flip, front flip and back layout when ready.) Bar: pull over on the bar, back hip circle, casts,  slow circles, clear hips, front hip circles, dismount, kips, windmills, and a squat on. Balance beam: arabesque, leaps, battement, pivot and pirouette turns, passé, front and back walks, relive, handstands, jumps and dismounts. Gross motor skills can vary largely so individualized attention will be given to progress, instruction to higher level skills will be given if student shows correct mastery and strength.

Ages 4-6

Dress code: please wear clothing that allows movement but is form fitting to the body, no extra skirts or loose materials.
