DESCRIPTION:This weekly creative dance class combines beginning ballet technique\, basic tumbling\, and preschool-themed movement.  We explore choreography\, self-expression\, and large motor skills such as leaping\, skipping\, hopping\, and more. This class is structured to be age-appropriate for younger boys and girls as we focus on creating a general love for dance and movement. \nDress code: No uniform required just clothes that allow movement and bare feet. (Examples include: leotard and tights\, stretchy pants\, etc..)  Ballet shoes may be worn but are not required.      *For Safety: If you do choose to purchase ballet shoes please make sure that they are made of leather or canvas and fit closely to the feet. (No slipper looking shoes as they increase falling.) \nPerformances: This class will have 2 performing opportunities.  1 informal showcase in December in the dance room and a 2nd more formal performance in May venue to be announced.  Preforming is optional but highly recommended as a character-building experience. \nSchedule: 1 fee for weekly classes each month \n  \nPlease read the Policy and Tuition sub menu before signing up for this class as all terms and conditions must be agreed to at time of registration.  A $10 registration fee is required 1x per year at the time of signing up and holds your place in the desired class.   Thank you.

The last 1/3 of the class will be an introduction to gymnastics with balance beam\, front and back rolls\, headstand and low bar practice.  This class is structured to be age-appropriate for younger boys and girls as we focus on creating a general love for dance and movement. \nPARENT PARTICIPATION REQUIRED due to age needs.  \nDress code:  Clothes that allow movement and bare feet. DESCRIPTION:Join us every Monday to build muscle\, make friends\, and create positive endorphins.  Woman only.  Bring your own set of light and heavyweights.  Resistance training builds muscle\, strengthens bones\, boosts the immune system\, improves mental health\, promotes restful sleep and so much more.  Will be offered for free through the summer. Babysitting services available for a rate of $2 per child with prior notification.
